An elderly woman aged 91 was admitted to the mortuary prematurely.The woman is reported to have spent 11 hours in the Mortuary cold storage.Janina Kolkiewicz was pronounced dead after being examined by their certified family doctor
The statement from Dr Wieslawa Czyz was as follows
"I'm stunned, I don't understand what happened. Her heart had stopped beating, she was no longer breathing," Dr Czyz said."I am sure she was dead he said"
Mortuary attendants were shocked when they noticed her body moving while in storage .The attendants then informed the police of the incidence and investigations are currently under way.
Ms Kolkiewicz was discharged and reporter found her home warming up with a bowl of soup and warm pancakes.
The "dead woman's "niece had her version of the story and she narrated that when she came home she noticed her grandmother was not breathing and had no pulse ,she then called the doctor who declared her dead and issued the earth certificate
A polish news paper reported that the death certificate has now been declared invalid.
Ms Kolkiewicz "the dead grandma" seems to have no idea of what happened since she is diagnosed with late stage dementia.
She confirmed that she is feeling fine and that nothing is wrong with her
