The ICC case against the current deputy president of Kenya MR.William Ruto will soon be dismissed or a fresh start of investigation be declared against him.This comes after a witness spoke out and declared that he had told persistent lies during previous hearings.
On Monday the witness told the the judges that he had already declared his evidence and that of all the other witnesses as fabricated and made up.
Though he declared that the evidence was fabricated way back in 2013 the judges were shocked of such claims and ordered to know what the prosecution did when they received such crucial information.
The prosecutors case weakened as the witness was branded unreliable
